Furnish all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the 2026 Street Improvements Project, which generally consists of the construction of storm sewer improvements and street construction with the following approximate quantities: 2,809 LF 15", 18", 30" RC Storm Sewer Pipe; 4,851 LF 6"-12" PVC Watermain Pipe; 42 EA Construct Drainage Structure; 9,800 LF 4" Drain Tile; 18,000 CY Common Excavation; 10,804 CY Aggregate Base; 12,500 CY Select Granular Borrow; 1,748 TN Bituminous Course Mixtures; 9,690 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter; 38,783 SF Concrete Flatwork; and other miscellaneous restoration items. Only electronic bids will be accepted through QuestCDN. Bidders must provide bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid, be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN, and be a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The Owner reserves the right to retain deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for up to 70 days and to reject any or all Bids. Prime contractors must submit a verification of compliance including a list of all first-tier subcontractors. Before contract execution, a supplemental verification confirming all intended subcontractors and motor carriers have verified compliance is required.
