The construction of a new 19,850 square foot alternative high school. The building is a single story, Group E (Educational) Occupancy of Construction Type VB with an automatic sprinkler system. Major building assemblies include, concrete spread footings and stem walls, 4 inch thick reinforced slab-on-grade concrete floor slab, cold-rolled steel stud and CMU exterior walls with formed metal panel, and brick veneer exterior finishes. The roofing is comprised of low-slope single-ply membrane and standing seam metal roofing.
