Construction renovations and improvements to Pipestem Resort SP Lodges. Including ADA upgrades to the existing facilities. The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is soliciting bids on behalf of Pipestem Resort State Park to establish a contract for Lodge Renovations at McKeever Lodge and Mountain Creek. Technical Questions Due 9:00 a.m. ET 2020-08-11. Submit Questions to: West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Property and Procurement Office Attention: Jamie Adkins. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a two (2) year maintenance bond covering the roofing system. The maintenance bond must be issued and delivered to the Property and Procurement Office prior to Contract award. The Agency may accept or reject any bid in whole, or in part in accordance with West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Series IV Purchasing Guidelines and Procedures 4.1. f. and 6.4. b.
