This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by The Town of Gillam. Through this Request For Qualifications (RFQ), the Town of Gillam (Town) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested Contractors, Joint Ventures, or other applicable Design-Build Entities describing their technical and financial qualifications to plan, design, engineer, permit, construct, equip, and commission the new Town of Gillam Water Treatment Plant (WTP) complete with river intake(s) and linear infrastructure to and from the Town's existing water distribution and wastewater collection systems. The new intake(s) and plant are to be located north of the Town and east of the airport. The Town's intention is to evaluate and rank the SOQ's and short-list three (3) technically and financially qualified respondents. The Town may elect to select the Design-Build Entity through this RFQ process, rather than through the use of a second Request for Proposal step.
