Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the removal and installation of new Snow Stops along the roof of the building. In addition, the installation of heat trace shall be installed along the newly installed Snow Stops. Commencement of Services/Delivery of Goods 08/01/2025 Completion of Services/Final Delivery of Goods 08/31/2025 Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
