Redevelopment at 123, 127 & 135 Mattonnabee Street, Gillam, Manitoba. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective contractors to submit proposals for a redevelopment of three units consisting of an exterior and interior refresh as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”) Anticipated Execution of Agreement June 2025 A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/05/13 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
