Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the interior renovations of the Aurora Gardens building, to include new relocated suite washrooms and kitchenette spaces, new suite mechanical units for heating and cooling to be provided along with plumbing, ventilation redevelopment to suit. New lighting to be provided throughout. Exterior scope of work includes new exterior cladding, new windows and exterior entries as well as providing one (1) barrier-free entrance.
