Renovation of a medical facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

For Building Renovations at North Texas State Hospital-Wichita Falls Building renovation includes anti-ligature ceiling hardening (corridor, day room, dining room and other common areas, bedroom, and toilet / shower room ceilings that have not been hardened), replacement of sprinkler heads to Raven institutional type, light fixtures, diffusers and grilles, doors and hardware, and modifications to toilet rooms and showers for Buildings 506, 533, 527, 522, 508, 521, 523, and 683 (2nd floor) in priority order. The scope includes elevator installation to meet accessibility requirements for Buildings 511, 522, 523, and 533. All requests, questions or other communication about this RFP shall be made in writing to the following person, as the Owner's representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFP. All communications between Respondents and other Owner staff members concerning the RFP are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification of Respondent's Proposal.
