The community center is proposed as approximately 156,000 square feet with a project budget of $85 million including design, construction, FFE, legal, and administrative costs. The selected firm or team will need to have the ability to work with staff, council, commissions, stakeholders and a construction manager to take the project through final construction. Following the review and evaluation of all Statements of Qualification, a short list of Vendors will be determined by the City based on those with the highest qualifications. These Vendors may be invited to submit responses to a subsequent Request for Proposals. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the City determines is in the City's best interest.
