Remodeling of a medical facility in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,700-square-foot medical facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: approximately 1700SF of interior remodel that includes a new exterior entry directly onto Wing A connected to a more secure interior vestibule separating Wing A from the remaining facility. Additional components include the upgrade of the patient sleep room doors, upgraded exterior doors at the ends of the patient room corridors. A new 12'-0" high security fence and the upgrade to higher security patient sleep room windows in rooms that do not face into the security activity yard. Add Alternate #1 includes the upgrade of the patient wing corridors to a 1-HR rated ceiling with tamper resistant and fire rated access panels, security light fixtures, and mechanical grilles. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
