Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include an expansion and renovation of the Administration Building parking lot including demolition of large trees and other site elements grading and new curb & gutter, sidewalk, pavement, storm drainage, lighting, striping and signage. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
