Renovation of a water / sewer project in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The St. Vrain Sanitation District (SVSD) 2019 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project will utilize the progressive Construction Manager-At-Risk (CM@R) project delivery method. The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit statements of qualifications of CM@Rs interested in providing preconstruction and construction services for the new SVSD Wastewater Treatment Plant. More detailed information about the project including a technical summary and scope of services can be found in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Due to space constraints, each firm is limited to two attendees at the meeting and site tour. No oral communications from the District Contact or other individual is binding. No contact with SVSD staff, board members or any public official concerning the Project during the procurement process is allowed. A violation of this provision may result in disqualification of Respondent. SVSD reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive any informality in the SOQs received.
