The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing thePlacement of sidewalk on the west side of State Street between Homestead Acres and 12 Mile Road, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contract documents and additional information on the existing lift station to be removed may be examined online or at the offices Village of Sparta, 156 E. Division, Sparta, Michigan 49345 Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525 And some local plan rooms. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for with local funds.Federal wages do not apply to this contract. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Village of Sparta in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids.
