The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and means to construct various improvements as depicted in the Contract Documents for the Project.The principal Items of work, include but are not limited to: 108 SF Construction Signs 100 SY Roadway Excavation Unclassified 25 Tons Dense Graded Aggregate Subbase 25 Tons HMA 19M64 Base Course 3731 Tons HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course 6 Each Reset Existing Casting 1 Each Beam Guide Rail Terminal 1 Each Beam Guide Rail Anchorage 35,722 L.F Traffic Stripes, 4 Inches Wide 976 LF Traffic Marking Lines, 4" Wide 144 SF Traffic Marking Symbols 298 SY Topsoil, Fertilizing & Seeding Site Restoration Lump Sum This Contract is subject to all of the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulation and to the applicable provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. All Bidders are notified that the Contract will include payment of prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Labor of the State of New Jersey. Funding for this project is granted to the Municipality from the New Jersey Department of Transportation Local Aid Infrastructure Fund program. The township has rejected all bids, and awarded this project to the Morris County Coop.
