All Bidders are notified that the Contract will include payment of prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Labor of the State of New Jersey. Funding for this project is granted to the Municipality from the New Jersey Department of Transportation Local Aid Infrastructure Fund program. The township has rejected all bids, and awarded this project to the Morris County Coop.
