Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, The City of Fullerton is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms for the preparation of a negative/mitigated negative declaration for the construction of a new 7,950 square foot, two story building with associated site and parking lot modifications. The project site is within the existing Fullerton Airport complex with the new building located to the west of the existing terminal/control tower building. The scope of work will include the completion of an Initial Study, preparation of a Negative/Mitigated Negative Declaration, required technical studies and attendance at public hearings. The City of Fullerton is planning to construct a new 7,950 square foot, two story building with associated site and parking lot modifications. As referenced, the project is located within the existing airport site. The new building is intended to provide office space on the ground floor and a multi-purpose room on the second floor which will be available for rental. The airport site is zoned as Public Land. The project will not require a zone change however the proposed structure was not considered in the existing Fullerton Airport Master Plan, which will also need to be amended as part of this project. The City reserves the right to reject and replace any and all subcontractors, and reserves the right to approve all subcontractors. Questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted by email. The City reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this Request for Proposals at any time without prior notice and the City makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any Consultant responding to the Request for Proposal. Any material misrepresentation made by the Consultant will void the proposal response and eliminate the Consultant from further consideration. The City reserves the right to delay scheduled dates if it is to the advantage of the City. The master copy of each proposal shall be retained for official files and will become subject to the Public Records Act.
