Highway - IH 39 Project Limits - Marquette County Line to Cth O, Nb County - Waushara Anticipated Construction Cost $6,000,000-$6,999,999 The purpose of this perpetuation project is to resurface the roadway and upgrade roadside protection. Approximately 13 miles from Packwaukee to Plainfield, Marquette County Line to CTH O on I39 in Waushara County. Mill existing asphalt to concrete pavement and place 3.5 inches HMA pavement. Modify roadside grading and protection as appropriate. The contract price will be based on the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate. It is proposed to resurface the roadway to extend the life of the pavement.
