2 Tennis Courts - complete repair and recolor. 1 Basketball Court - complete repair and recolor. Includes crack repair, acrylic resurfacer, fiberglass mesh, surface paint, and striping. This project consists of a complete repair and resurfacing of two tennis courts and one basketball court of approximately 22,748 square feet in total. The Orfan Park tennis and basketball court facility is located at Orfan Park, 2050 Saint Albert the Great Drive, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 . SCOPE OF WORK: The following scope is provided as a minimal requirement only. The City will consider any product/service that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements. Proposers shall provide information regarding the proposed product/service for evaluation by the City. Work To Include: -Clean, scrape and power wash the entire court area. -Scrape and clean up rubberized crack sealant on basketball court. -Patch cracks, gouges, depressions, and delaminated areas. -Patch structural crack repair and saw-cut joints with binding compound/system. -Flood-test the court surface to verify that the low areas are greater than 1/8" deep are addressed and repaired. -Cross application of a minimum of two coats of acrylic resurfacer to the surface. -Cross application of a minimum of two coats of surface paint, solid green. -Stripe 2" white lines on two tennis courts and one basketball court, matching the layout of the existing court prior to resurfacing and meeting USTA/ASBA standards. -Stripe 2" yellow lines for two pickleball courts, matching the layout of the existing court prior to resurfacing and meeting USAPA standards. -Installation of two new tennis net post sets (to be supplied by owner). -Site clean-up.
