Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Replace the carpet in City Hall's 2nd floor with carpet tile and vinyl along with replacing carpet at Fire Station 1 building. Please meet at 300 E. Main Street, park in the rear parking lot. Please contact Kristy Thao at kthao@cityofsunprairie.com with questions by end-of-day July 31, 2025 and answers will be posted on the bid distribution networks by August 7, 2025. SCOPE AND LOCATION OF THE WORK Scope of work entails replacing the City of Sun Prairie's City Hall 2nd floor admin area and northwest hallway areas with carpet tile and vinyl plank flooring to match the existing flooring with project completion to be done by November or December of 2025. See blueprint Attachment 1 City Hall 2 nd Floor for approximate square footage. Contractors will be responsible for measuring the impacted area during the mandatory walk-through for their final numbers. Bid should factor: Lifting/moving furniture and cubicles within area and offices where replacement is needed and returning said pieces back to their original place after completion. Any bookshelves or cabinets secured to walls will be moved by owner. Floor demolition Removing and recycling existing flooring Replacement of old carpet tile with new carpet tile in designated areas Replacement of old carpet tile with vinyl planks in designated high traffic areas.
