The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners, Gulf County, Florida (the "County") is seeking solicitations from professional management firms and/or individuals to provide consult services on golf course (19) greens design and reconstruction for the Gulf County Municipal Golf Course. RFQ(s) to be evaluated by Gulf County Administration thereafter and recommendations provided to the Gulf County Board of Commissioners at a noticed public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., E.T. for any and all authorizations, approval and direction. Proposal submissions must submit in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the entity or proposer's name, address with the name of the proposer, and the RFQ number and title "GULF COUNTY COURSE GREENS REDESIGN CONSULTING SERVICES (MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE)" so as to identify the enclosed proposal. Each submittal shall include two (2) originals and two (2) copies of the proposal. Proposals received later than the date and time as specified will be rejected. The Board will not be responsible for the late deliveries of proposals that are incorrectly addressed, delivered in person, by mail or any other type of delivery service. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern, on October 11, 2019 and should be directed to Warren Yeager, Assistant Administrator at wyeager@gulfcounty-fl.gov and a copy of your correspondence to info@gulfclerk.com. The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, to reject any or all proposals received, and to otherwise make a decision in the best interests of the County. The Board shall have the final decision-making authority concerning any final award to a consultant entered into by the County. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked in order of preference by the Gulf County Administration. The County may also request additional information from a proposer that may be necessary to fully evaluate a proposal. The proposals will be evaluated and then submitted with recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. If only one proposal is received, the County may negotiate in good faith. All proposals that are timely received shall become the property of the County and any costs or expenses incurred in relation to preparation and submission of proposals shall be borne by the proposer. Such proposals and related information shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the Florida Public Records Act. As of October 20, 2020 has been awarded and completed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
