The Doan Valley Regulators / Relief Sewers (DVRRS) project is a combined sewer overflow (CSO) control project for the Easterly service area that is part of NEORSD's Consent Decree, Control Measure No. 8, for the Doan Valley Tunnel System. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Modify, abandon, and/or reconstruct fourteen (14) existing regulators, flow dividers, and/or manholes: DV-08, DV-08A, DV-19, DV-20, DV-21A, DV-22, DV-22A, DV-23, DV-26, DV-54, DV-56, DV-59, E-44, and MH DVG4A10A20. Construct one (1) new regulator: DV-22B. Construct approximately 509 LF of open cut pipe and associated manholes and appurtenances, categorized by nearest regulator: o DV-19: 7-LF of 24-IN Pipe (DV-19) and one (1) associated manhole o DV-22B: 62-LF of 18-IN Pipe and one (1) associated manhole o DV-57 (Mapleside Road & Notre Dame Ave): 20-LF of 21-IN Pipe, 404 LF of 30-IN Pipe, and five (5) associated manholes o DV-59: 8-LF of 12-IN Pipe and one (1) associated manhole Rehabilitate approximately 2,030 LF of existing 12", 15", 18", 20", 21", 30", and No. 5 egg sewers using cured-in-place (CIPP) lining. Relocate, support, monitor, and protect utilities, including two (2) small diameter water line utility relocations WBE/MBE Goal: 15% SBE Goal: 5% *Low bid amount - $2,927,951.39*
