PROPOSAL Developer/Home Builder Services For New Residential Home Construction The Village of Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio seeks to identify and negotiate a contract with a qualified developer/home builder with whom the Village can work collaboratively to build in-fill housing on two specific Village-owned vacant residential lots in the Village to be financed by the Village. The two lots were purchased by the Village, which utilized Cuyahoga County funding to demolish the existing structures with the intention of contracting with a qualified developer/home builder for the design and construction of infill residential homes on the two now-vacant lots in an existing neighborhood. The completed homes will be owned and marketed by the Village to interested buyers. The Village will provide architectural drawings showing the exterior concepts and floor plans for the two single-family homes to be built on the vacant lots.
