The County of Warren is seeking proposals from NJ licensed consulting planners with a background in professional transportation and land use planning, cost estimation, and public policy. Work on the project will commence upon consultant selection and subsequent execution of a contract. The County will manage the day to day activities of this study. These activities include the consultant selection process, contract administration, and processing of consultant invoices. Other work associated with this task will include the preparation and submission of the quarterly reports and any other documentation required by NJTPA. All inquiries regarding the Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing to the contact person listed above no less than five (5) business days before the opening of Proposals. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, if necessary, or to waive any informalities in the Proposals, and, unless otherwise specified by the proposer, to accept any item, items or services in the Proposals should it be deemed in the best interest of the County to do so.
