This is a perpetuation project which includes 3.57 rural miles of pavement repair, pavement marking, and traffic control. Depending on pavement performance, the schedule may be accelerated. This project on I39 near the Town of Vienna to the Town of Arlington in Columbia County is in need of concrete pavement joint repair. Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit.
