The Work for Which Bids Are Asked Includes the Following: C Onstruct a 30ft by 30ft Masonry Salt Storage Building With 16ft High Walls on Concrete Foundation Walls Next to the Village of Poynette Public Works Building Located at 701 W. North Street. The Project Includes a Now Concrete Driveway Slab and Yard Restoration. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond Equal to Five Percent of the Maximum Bid Price, Payable to the Owner as a Guaranty That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute the Contract Documents and Furnish the Required Contract Security. If the Successful Bidder Fails to Execute the Contract Documents and Provide the Required Contract Security Within 15 Days After the Notice of Award, the Owner May Annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security Will Be Forfeited. Contract to the Bidder, Who in the Judgment of the Owner, Will Best Serve the Interest of the Owner. Published by the Authority of the Village Board of Poynette.
