The Work of This Contract Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: Potable Water Supply Well No. 4 Had a 4" X 5" Channel Pack Insert Installed in 2004 Within the Wells Original 8-inch Inner Casing. The Well is in Need of Redevelopment. The Rehabilitation of Potable Water Supply Well No. 4 Consists High Velocity Jetting, Mechanical and Chemical Redevelopment and Furnishing and Installing a New Well Pump and Column Piping. The Well is 1400 Feet Deep and is Located at the Washington Avenue Water Treatment Plant (Beneath the Elevated Water Storage Tank). Each Proposal Must Be Submitted Utilizing the Forms Contained Within the Contract Documents. It Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing on the Outside the Name o f the Bidder, His Address and Name of Project(S) for Which the Bid is Submitted. Materials to Be Contained Within the Sealed Envelope Are Specified Under "Instructions to Bidders. Bids Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et. Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27. All Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Act, N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.25 Et Seq. And the N.j.s.a. 34:1b-5.1, Chapter 150 Laws of 1963. If the Bidder is a Corporation or a Partnership, the Bidder, in Conformance With Chapter 33, P.l. 1977, Shall Submit With His Bid, a Statement Setting Forth the Names and Addresses of All Stockholders Who Own a 10 Percent or Greater Interest in the Firm. The Borough Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any and All Bids, if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
