Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lavallette, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work of this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: In general, the work will include furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to resurface the Borough's Washington Avenue Water Treatment Plant (WTP) filters and associated piping. An alternative bid to resurface the interior concrete floors has also been included. All bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. and the N.J.S.A. 34:1 B-5.1, Chapter 150 Laws of 1963. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so.
