Rehabilitate Runway 10-28, Install Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI), Install Runway End Identifier Lights (REIL), Taxiway Pavement Maintenance Rehabilitate Runway 10-28 consists of reconstructing Runway 10-28. Work includes in-place full depth reclamation of the existing asphalt and base with cement, asphalt mix pavement, excavation, shouldering, topsoiling and seeding, drainage improvements, edge light adjustments, pavement marking and other items. Approximate quantities include 52,000 SY of in-place pavement section recycling, 1,400 tons cement, 14,000 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, and 76,000 SF pavement marking. Install PAPI consists of furnishing and installing a Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) system on Runway 10. The Runway 10 PAPI will be powered from a dedicated series circuit with a new constant current regulator installed in the electrical vault building. Work includes furnishing and installing all equipment, materials, and services necessary to place the system in operation and ready for commissioning by the FAA. Install REIL consists of furnishing and installing two sets of Runway End Identifier Lights (REIL) on Runway 10-28. Taxiway Pavement Maintenance consists of routing and sealing existing pavement cracks, asphalt surface treatment, and pavement marking. Relocate Wind Cone and Segmented Circle consists of relocating the existing wind cone and existing segmented circle with some modifications.
