Demolition and remodeling of a religious / funeral development in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a religious / funeral development.
It is the sole responsibility of the Bidders to see that their Bids are delivered by the designated time. No responsibility will be taken by the District for wrong delivery by any Bidder, for delays in the US Mail or delivery services, or internal district mail, or for misaddressed or misrouted Bids. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Jeremy Rear AIA NCARB, Associate, Mahlum Architects, Inc. via email at JRear@MAHLUM.com or by phone at 503-548-2252. Proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier check or surety bond payable to the Camas School District, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept only such bids as may be to the Owner best interests This Project is subject to State of Washington Prevailing Wage Rates in accordance with RCW 39.12. All Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the Bidders name, address, the name of the project and the deadline date and time appearing on the OUTSIDE of the envelope.
