Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of South Jordan is requesting bids on our 2020 Street Overlay projects. The Work locations are as follows: 2200 West, Highway U-111 (Bacchus Hwy), 10200 South, Dunsinane Drive, 3645 West, 2950 West, 2480 West, 2485 West, Jordan River Trail, and Frontage Rd. The project extents are shown on the attached maps and generally include, but are not limited to Tree Trimming, Edge and Full width Milling; Delivery and Placement of Standard Paving Reinforcement Fabric according to Manufacturers APWA Specifications; Delivery, Placement, and Compaction of Asphalt Overlay; Soft Spot Repair; Raise Monuments, Valves, and Sewer and Manhole Lids to Grade; Replace existing Striping; and any other Materials and Labor necessary to complete the job based on construction plans. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00200).
