Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Note: Contractors are advised to use caution and only stay for public reading of bids if they are experiencing no Covid-19 related symptoms and maintain social distancing. If nobody is present for public reading the two local field representatives will be present. There will be NO Pre-Bid Conference held on Thursday, April 9, 2020. For New Restroom Building, Lava Hot Springs Foundation A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a new insulated block 626 sq ft restroom facility. Restroom facility to be heated with electric cove heaters. Restrooms include complete electrical, heating, plumbing and finishes. Work also includes miscellaneous site improvements including sewage lift station. Bids shall be valid until commencement of construction on September 8, 2020. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work
