**As of 12/17/2020 project was already awarded for $1,028,996.11. The Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to sewer pipe replacement and rehabilitation, manhole replacement, stormwater drainage rehabilitation, backfilling and paving and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. All Work under this Contract shall be substantially completed within 140 calendar days, post substantial completion punch list complete within 170 calendar days, and final paving complete within 14 calendar days prior to expiration of the Warranty Period (351 days from Substantial Completion). Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total value of the Bid in the form of a Bid bond or certified/treasurer's check. The bidding and award of this Contract shall be in full compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as last revised, all Federal, State and City of Quincy regulations when applicable in relation to Minority Business Enterprise, Women's Business Enterprise, Minority Work Force, Equal Employment Opportunity, and subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, 26 to 27H and/or any applicable federal rates. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids when such an action is deemed in the best interests of the City.
