Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and educational facility.
All bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied and in accordance to the Work Categories outlined in the specifications. Facsimile and emailed bids will be accepted. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the documents prepared by HSR Associates, 100 Milwaukee Street La Crosse, WI 54603 dated July 23, 2020. In general, the project consists of an interior remodel of the existing Maplewood Elementary School to included selective demo, steel studs & drywall, new finishes, HVAC and electrical upgrades HVAC and electrical upgrades along with exterior concrete stair removal and re-install. Questions pertaining to clarifications of the bidding documents should be emailed to Craig Namyst at cnamyst@ market-johnson.com. Clarifications and/ or changes resulting from questions will be made through addenda issued by HSR Associates.
