Historical Courthouse Roofing Services Monroe County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, in whole or part, and to waive any informalities or technicalities which at Monroe County's discretion are determined to be in the best interests of Monroe County. Award of the contract to the successful qualified bidder shall be based upon the bid determined most advantageous to the county after evaluating the specific criteria requested. Bids must remain firm once submitted and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety days, subject to provisions for correction of errors in the bid as contained in 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes, Monroe County Ordinance, and Administrative Rules. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Monroe County Maintenance Department is seeking sealed bid proposals from a qualified contractor to perform roofing services for the Historic Courthouse located at 210 W Oak St Sparta, WI 54656. All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) Days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
