Remodeling of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete a large conference room remodeling project (Main Conference Room 151 Egress Project) at the TWC Main Building. Any and all questions, substitution requests, clarifications, etc. must be submitted in writing to Fred Warner on or before Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Bidders are cautioned to study carefully all parts of the plans and specifications and the terms and conditions prior to submitting a bid. Each bidder is encouraged to visit the job site at their own expense and verify all measurements and conditions prior to bidding. Bidders should make a prior appointment to schedule this inspection by contacting the agency contact listed (section 1.3.). Visits are to be scheduled during normal working hours. Failure to visit and inspect the site will not disqualify your bid; however no amounts may be added to the bid after bids are opened.
