The Classroom building consists of, but not limited to, slab on grade with structural steel framing, metal studs with gypsum board walls, solid vinyl tile flooring, acoustical ceiling tile, millwork, structural glazed tile in corridor, wood doors and hardware, exterior brick veneer, aluminum windows, ACM, special systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, sprinkler system alterations and demolition of some existing elements.
