Sealed bids are solicited for the New Gas Main on Pine Oaks Drive project, referred to as PEC Project No. 11806.05. Bidders must be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2164, Municipal and Public Works, and must show their license number on the bid and sealed envelope. Each bid must include security equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price on the specified form, using sureties acceptable per U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days of the opening date. Complete bid documents, including instructions and forms, are available for download through the designated online portal or may be obtained as hard copies for a deposit. Bids must be submitted by mail or hand delivery only. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
