Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement for a project which includes a non-mandatory site visit beginning at the Brewster Maintenance Barn, proceeding to the Bush Maintenance Barn, Haas Rd Pond in Pearl River (across from Spiehler Road), and ending at Lenwood Dr. Pond in Slidell (across from Ashton Parc Subdivision). Question Deadline 11/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Inquiries concerning this solicitation may be delivered by e-mail or hand-delivery to: St. Tammany Parish Government Procurement Department Attn: Director of Procurement 21454 Koop Drive, Suite 2F Mandeville, Louisiana 70471 E-Mail: procurement@stpgov.org The Contractor shall provide all necessary and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to construct (6) metal roof covers/lean-tos, with or without access panels, and two (2) concrete slabs, with and without catch basins. Work shall be performed at the following locations: St. Tammany Parish Brewster Maintenance Barn, 644 Brewster Road, Madisonville, LA 70447; Bush Maintenance Barn, 81408 Highway 41, Bush, LA 70431; Haas Road Pond (P08IW01002), located in Pearl River, LA across from Spiehler Road; and Lenwood Drive Pond (P08IW01132), located in Slidell, LA across from Ashton Parc Subdivision.
