Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A complete replacement of the 2 building escalators located in the main lobby, between floors 1 and 2 that are past their life expectancy with similar more reliable, energy efficient and cost-effective models. This is complete with structural support, electrical wiring and minor modification of the sprinkler system in the undercarriage. Replace the two aging building escalators with new set: of energy efficient motors ; suit the occupant usage pattern and the building layout; and in accordance with CSA B44.1-14/ASME-A17.5-2014.
