Site work for a water / sewer project in Pacifica, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The "Collection System Projects Fy 2019-20 Gypsy Hill (C005H)" is comprised of installing approximately 2409 LF of sewer mainlines in the East Sharp Park neighborhood in the City of Pacifica (City). The project includes replacement of approximately 2409 LF of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sanitary sewer mainline with new 8-inch HDPE pipe by pipe bursting; lateral reconnection; and I&I resealing and rehabilitating of 5 manholes. There is no pre-bid conference for the Project. Substantial Completion of this Project shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a labor and materials bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City, and waive any irregularities in the bids.
