Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Daly City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes but not limited to the removal of existing streetlights and streetlight foundations, replacement of pull boxes, installation of new streetlights with new poles, installation of conduit and conductors, replacement of concrete sidewalk, coordination of PGE and other related work as shown on plans and as specified in the specifications or as directed by the engineer. Engineer's Estimate: $1,617,600.00 Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, certified ot cashier's check payable to City of Daly City, in an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate bid. A valid Class A license or other combination of any Class C licenses that constitutes a majority of the contract work must bc in the possession of thc successful bidder at the time the bid is submitted- The time limit for the completion of work is one hundred (100) working days. The first day of this time period will be no later than the 28 th calendar day after the contract award.
