Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Daly City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Engineer's Estimate: $3,696,556.50 The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the complete construction of the "Northern Cities Smart Corridor Expansion Project". The work includes installing closed circuit video cameras, trailblazer/arterial dynamic message signs, vehicle detection systems, conduits, fiber optic cables, fiber optic communications network, traffic signal controllers and workstations. Work will also include making and testing fiber splices and terminations associated with the fiber optic communications network, traffic control throughout the project.
