Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lorette, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 72,818-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; stadium; and library.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Rural Municipality of Tache known as the Owner. The Owner seeks to retain the services of a Construction Manager for the new Community Centre Project further described in this RFP. The intent of this procurement process is to select a construction management firm with pre-construction advisory and construction experience of similar scope, size, and value to the Project that is of best value to the Owner. Rural Municipality of Taché selected Calnitsky Associates Architects (CAA) to design a new Community Centre located in Lorette to replace its existing arena constructed in 1967. The existing facility is beyond end-of-life and a new facility is required to sustain and expand community services. The new facility is intended to be located on the same lot as the existing one, approximately 33km from Winnipeg.
