**As of July 23, 2020, this project has a 130 day contract period from Notice to proceed to Substantial Completion. It is expected the project start date will be the beginning of September, 2020. The estimated cost for each Contract is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) The work for this Contract generally includes, but is not limited to replacement of approximately 279 L.F. of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main; 30 L.F. of 4-inch diameter water main; 26 L.F. of 6-inch diameter water main; replacement of 3 manholes; completion of 4 spot repairs; associated demolition work; surface restoration; associated appurtenances; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date unless award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case this Bid shall remain subject to acceptance for 120 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142). Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to Work associated with this Project, and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
