No definite date for the rebid This project consists of complete furnishing, integration, and testing of a video detection system for existing traffic signal controllers at various intersections along traffic corridors which intersect in Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The equipment purchased through this bid will be temporarily stored by the Borough of Carlisle, and said Contractor shall be responsible for the installation of the equipment purchased under this bid plus the traffic signal detection equipment to be purchased under the subsequent bid. The Vendor providing the equipment purchased through this bid will be responsible for providing technical support and training for installation and use of the equipment purchased through this bid once the subsequent bid is awarded. 2025 Downtown Traffic Signal Upgrade All bid proposals shall be properly executed in ink without alterations and shall be complete. If the anticipated project cost is at least $25,000, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required. Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough.
