The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the Department of Mines, Minerals, & Energy to obtain sealed bids for reclamation construction work on the Davis Landslide Phase II Paving Project which is located along Old Mine Road, off State Route 892 (Hadley Rd.) and State Route 80 (Helen Henderson Hwy), near the Town of Haysi, in Dickenson County, Virginia. Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority In summary, the scope of work shall consist of asphalt paving on the site known as the Davis Landslide Phase II Project in Dickenson County, Virginia for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Construction work time will be 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All Inquiries for Information should be directed to: Machelle W. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the IFB. Bring a copy of the IFB to the conference.
