Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of Phase 2 site improvements to the Winston Lake including but not limited to- additional parking; replacing the picnic shelter, restrooms and fishing pier; dredging the lake to reverse sedimentation; adding site furnishings; and adding vegetation.
