The Lower Makefield Township is soliciting sealed bids online via the PennBid program for Contract SWR 20-4A, General Construction for the Stackhouse P.S. Upgrade; Contract SWR20-4B, Electrical Construction for the Stackhouse P.S. Upgrade; Contract SWR 20-4C, Conveyance System for the Stackhouse P.S. Upgrade; Contract SWR 20-4D Total Construction for the Stackhouse Pump Station Upgrade (single bid for all work included in Contract SWR 20-4A, Contract SWR 20-4B, and Contract SWR 20-4C). The Stackhouse Pump Station is located northeast of Stackhouse Drive. The work involves the furnishings of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for the construction of a duplex submersible pump station including precast wet well, valve vault, two submersible pumps, control building, station piping, emergency generator and associated site work. The work also includes installation of proposed work also includes the installation of approximately 500 linear feet of 8" SDR-26 PVC gravity sewer, precast manholes, and approximately 500 linear feet of 4" SDR-21 PVC force main. The work also includes the decommissioning of an existing ejector station. All work is in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as provided for in the bid documents.
