Renovation of a municipal facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County reserves the right to award a contract by individual items, in the aggregate, or in combination thereof, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the County. Award may be made to as many bidders as deemed necessary to fulfill the anticipated requirements of Frederick County. The County also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder deemed to be a non-responsible bidder. ? The Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center is requesting bids for the removal and disposal of current garage door, and the installation of a replacement garage door. The job is located at the Sally Port of the Main Facility. ? The replacement door is to consist of the following: A rolling steel door (uninsulated) to cover a 14’ X 14’ opening, with photo eye safeties. All new mountings and guides. All steel to be painted primer grey color. A direct motor drive springless system (208 3phase voltage), which must be integrated into our 24volt automated operating system. Manual hoist to be included. ? The door will be mounted to a block surface. ? Area can be accessed by vehicle, within feet of the structure. Clean up of work area is required. ? Hours of work will be anytime Mon.-Fri. All rules and regulations of the NRADC will be adhered to while onsite. You may contact Mark Kinder via phone or email with any questions
