Renovation of a water / sewer project in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Utilities Department Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to install new lift station control panel, electrical service, site lighting and telemetry system at Brevard County Utility Services lift station T44. Bid Security shall in the form of either (1) a cashier's check or certified check made payable to the BREVARD COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, (2) a Bid Security Bond in the form set forth in Attachment A, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposed amount. PROJECT COMPLETION 60 Days Total Project Time. The County reserves the right at its sole discretion to increase, decrease, or delete any portion of this agreement/contract at any time without cause, and if such right is exercised by the County, the total fee shall be reduced by a prorate basis.
