Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sumner, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposals are requested for the Expansion of the Meeker Avenue Parking Lot located at 1518 Main Street, Sumner, WA. Bids received after the time fixed for receipt cannot be considered. Certified check(s), bank cashier's check(s), or bid bond(s) shall be required with the Base Bid(s) equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid(s). Make check(s) or bid bond(s) payable to Sumner-Bonney Lake School District No. 320. No bidder may withdraw its Bid after the hour set for the receipt thereof, or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. Each Bid and other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and addressed to the Owner. Mark lower left corner of the envelope "Meeker Avenue Parking Expansion". The Bid and Contract are subject to equal employment opportunity provisions of Washington State Law, compliance with prevailing wage standards of RCW Chapter 39.12, and all reporting requirements relating to each of the above. Make check payable to Sumner-Bonney Lake School District #320. Upon timely request, documents may be shipped or delivered for a non-refundable fee plus deposit check. REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS: The full amount of the previously paid deposit(s) for Documents will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents in good condition to ARC WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF BIDS. There will be no refund for the return of additional sets or parts of sets. Plan holders who do not submit a bona fide Bid and do not return the Documents on or before the day prior to the time set for opening Bids will forfeit the full amount of their deposit. The Project consists of construction of a parking lot expansion adjacent to the Elhi Hill Program building at 1518 Main Street, Sumner, WA 98390. Included are earthwork, paving, utilities, landscaping, fencing, and a trash enclosure. Project Location: Sumner High School, 1707 Main Street, Sumner, WA 98390.
